Help Your Child Develop Good Study Habits
As parents, we know the homework drill. Whether we sit with our young students to help them complete their assignments, or monitor our teen’s progress in their studies, we want to help them cultivate the kind of self-discipline that’s required to build healthy study habits. Here are three easy ways to help your child hit the books.

Time Management Tools for Teens
The first few months of a new school year see many preteens and teens struggle to balance homework and school projects with clubs, sports, music, drama, volunteering, work—and just being a middle or high school kid! You can help your teen avoid having an emotional breakdown by fostering a strong relationship that encourages open and honest communication.

How to Curb Your Kid’s Smartphone Use
The typical child spends over 7 hours a day looking at a screen—mainly a smartphone—which can affect their social, mental and academic development. It’s important to have a conversation with your child about appropriate smartphone use. We’ve broken down some key areas of smartphone use that should be covered in a kid-friendly smartphone contract.
