Welcome to the PTA members only section.

This area provides a Missouri PTA unit or council information on accessing unit records.  Please use the ‘Big Yellow buttons’ below or to the right by creating a login for the unit in order to update officers and upload financials.   All unit login information is deleted each July 1 to start a new fiscal year.

For the Officers Submission – Enter the required fields for President, Secretary and Treasurer at the very least.  In order to be approved, each officer should have a unique email address and phone number.  Additional officer or chair fields can be filled in to improve communications that go out to specific areas, such as Membership Chair, Legislative Chair and Reflections Chair.  Enter officer information each year, even if everything stays the same.  This will insure that we, at Missouri PTA, have the latest contact information in order to send out resources, information and training opportunities.

For the Financials Submission – Please make sure to rename your downloading files with the unit’s full PTA name before submitting.  This will help us to track records better in our system and expedite the approval process.
