If you are submitting a change in officers due to a resignation OR are reporting a newly filled position, please email the information to Missouri PTA and your information will be updated.
If you are submitting officer information for the 2020-2021 school year, email those names and contact information to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We use this information to build our contact database and communicate with Presidents and board members throughout the year, so please submit as much as you can!
National PTA requires a President, Secretary and Treasurer, so those fields are required, the rest are optional, but highly encouraged to be part of your unit and filled positions.
If you don’t have an elected individual for one of these spots, but do have the position on your board, you do need to list the current officer as they would continue until a new officer is elected, per bylaws.
